Poor customer ecperience

I called on 10/3 to have a phone unlocked. I was told it would take 24 hrs. Today is Saturday 10/7 and the phone is not unlocked. I was misled twice. I was given ECM0004203004 which has not been worked on. Yes, I worked for this COMPANY. I'm disappointed. I have a bitter taste in my mouth.

Upload speed is not what was promised

I called to cancel my internet with Xfinity, but the rep offered me a a discount and said my upload speed would be bumped to 100Mbps from 35, so I decided to stay. I have a Hitron CODA56, but my upload speeds are still >40Mbps. Did the rep just tell me that so I would stay?
