Cannot join Xfinity Rewards

Hi Team,

I am not able to join Xfinity Rewards. It says

"We can't offer you rewards right now
Your account isn't eligible to join this program. To learn more about Xfinity Rewards qualification, please refer to our FAQs."

But I believe I am logged in using the primary Xfinity ID. Can someone help me with this?

Just to be sure you have all available resources, are you attempting to sign up here? It sounds like you've already reviewed the Xfinity Rewards FAQs, which is great! But have you also looked over the Terms & Conditions regarding eligibility? If so, please let me know if you still need help getting enrolled, and our Digital Care Team is here to help!

@XfinitySara​ Yes I am attempting to sign up through https://www.xfinity.com/rewards . I just read the eligibilty in Terms & Conditions . I believe I am eligible but still cannot enroll.
