I was sent an extra modem and I need to return it. It doesn't show up as a device when I try to execute a return.

I was sent an extra modem and I need to return it.  It doesn't show up as a device when I try to execute a return via xfiniy.com/returns.  Additionally, when the Xfinity "AI" assistant gives me a link to print a return label, it doesn't work.

I don't have a printer so I would really just like to drop this off at a UPS store and be on my way.

Hi there, user_tr9d6a! I apologize that you received the modem when that was not needed and appreciate the steps you are taking to return it. We have a national contract with UPS. You can take that to any UPS store and they take care of the rest. No return label is needed as they provide it. 

They will scan the equipment, pack, label, and ship it. They give you a receipt for your records. We also send you an automatic notification when that is received at our warehouse and removed from your account.
