Device is connected to WiFi but forgotten on app

So my kids iPad is forgotten on my device list and I want to add it back to block her WiFi access. How? I’d love to manually add her MAC address and be done but that doesn’t appear to be an option.

Thanks so much for the private message! I do see there is an open ticket to have your address built into our system. As of 7/24/2023 our engineers said; This is part of REQ that is out for approval to add service for this address. Currently, no eta.

Internet service at New construction

Hello! I recently bought a new construction home where our next door neighbor has xfinity service as well as all the other houses on the  same road. We called xfinity and had a support line going but their most recent update was “eh maybe next year we can get out there” and was no help at all

Message on secondary accounts: "The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them."  I am using connect.xfinity.com on desktop and xfinity app, Mozilla Thunderbird, tried both Chrome and Firebird browsers. Same error
