Adding a single channel

Is it possible to add a single channel to my current plan ??

No, you cannot add just one channel to your lineup; you would have to upgrade to or add that tier in order to get it.  Unless, as @ThatDonGuy mentioned, it is a premium channel.

Depends on the channel, but unless it's something like HBO, the most likely answer is, no. Which channel do you want?

Hey there @woodydeaux! Usually only premium channels can be added on a single channel add on. Send us a DM and we can get you more information. 

 

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

If it's a premium channel you are able to add that.

@user_c9a72f, Which channel are you looking to add? There are very specific channels that are available ala carte. All other programming is available through our package options. Can you provide more details of what you are looking for so that we can get you the assistance that you need? 

I no longer work for Comcast.
