Hello @sydney417! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Xfinity Forums with your questions about our email services.

Each username generates a corresponding email, so you would just create a new user either on https://comca.st/3NULrep or using the Xfinity app. Then just log in with the new username whenever you need to access those emails.

I use multiple emails like this for my account too and its super helpful to have an email that I can use just to sign up for various sites or newsletters so I can keep my primary email to more important things and avoid spam easier! :D

@XfinityTambrey   I created a user with viewer rights. I used my name, shortened the first name, created a different user name. The password I created doesn't show up under password and it also doesn't let me create a comcast.net email. What am I doing wrong?

I have used the method for creating a New User with Viewer Role where it creates the email account (username@comcast.net) without requesting an email or phone number for confirmation.

Here is the link to the Knowledge Base article:

https://comca.st/360qqO7 .

It states: The Viewer option gives the secondary user limited access to the account and will require you to fill out their user information for them rather than send them an invitation. This is our most basic option with limited permissions. The Viewer role allows limited access to services like Xfinity Stream and Xfinity email. For more information, the link: https://comca.st/360qrl9

Thanks for the reply. I was able to get it done via a different method. It's a pain to do. I removed the one I had done and started over from the beginning using different names. Thanks again.
