Unable to contact customer service

I am traveling internationally and have twice been charged for activity even after turning mobile data and roaming off. Unable to contact customer and am so frustrated.

You would need to add the Xfinity Mobile Global Travel Pass in order to ensure you are not charged additional rates while traveling international.
