I need to change my name on my account

user_xwmykz Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. We can create a ticket to have the Account Change Request processed for you. This will help you change your legal last name on the account, though to add your husband, you can invite him to the account so he can create his own user ID. This link will provide the steps to invite him to the account, and I'd recommend inviting him as a Manager, so he would have full access to the account if needed in the future.

To send a Direct Message:

 

Ensure you are logged in

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it.
