The Xfinity My Account app is showing me the error in the title. This happens in spite of it accepting the user id and password. After reading the forums, I get the impression it has to do with my account setup. Is it because I had an account years ago that is dormant and now there is a new account

xFi Gateway and Flex 4k Streaming Box did not arrive despite UPS delivery.

Bad customer service & can’t get help

What a mess!?!? On November 14, I ordered Xfinity cable and internet at my home. I picked up the equipment the next day at your store on 355 North Federal Highway in Boca Raton. I paid $50 and had a balance of $85 to be paid on December 8th. I showed my driver license when picking up the equipment.
