If using Windows 10's browser EDGE, you will need to do the following to set your homepage.

  1. Click the "3-Dot menu"() on the address bar, then Settings.

  2. In the left menu, click Start, home, and new tabs.

  3. On the right side of the screen in the When Edge starts toggle "on" the Open these pages option.

  4. Click the Add a new page button

  5. In the pop-up window add the URL for the page you want to open automatically when starting Edge. Note: You can have more than one page open when starting Edge. You will just need to input them each individually.
  6. Click the Add button.
