OMG Utterly Ridiculous!!!! ACP app with Xfinity is Impossible!!
I have been trying since May 2023 to get Xfinity to process my approved ACP application. I have spoken with several reps in the ACP Xfinity department and did everything each rep stated needed to be done to FIX THE PROBLEM. Each call its something different. Cannot activate 4k box, both AI chat and phone system tell me my old box needs to be reset and I need to wait 10 minutes
I received my new 4k box yesterday, today I'm trying to activate it. It fails and tells me to call support. Which I do. It detects that my old box isn't plugged in and needs to be reset and I need to wait 10 minutes to talk to them again. The AI chat tells me there are no new devices to activate on

I switched Xfinity plans. both have Peacock. I activated Peacock long ago Do I need to re-activate again under my new plan?
I've tried for 5 days now to get an answer. Neither the Xfinity or Peacock chat bots are of any help. Yesterday I spoke with 5 different people from Xfinity. None was able to provide an answer.
