I have a temporary cable that was fixed in February. It needs to be buried and I have not had any success contacting anyone at xfinity. The village I live in told me I have 2 weeks before I start getting fined. If you guys cannot take care of this I will be switching to AT&T or Starlink. Please advise if you can help.
