How to schedule someone to move wire from one standpipe to another?
I need to schedule someone to move the wire on one standpipe on my house to another because the first is leaking into the roof. Not sure how to schedule this as it's not an internet issue.

You've contacted the right place for support, and I can help with getting a technician out to help relocate the line, but I'd like to set the stage first. We'd need to schedule a tech visit to survey your line, from there, the tech would determine if it's possible to relocate your line. This would be a chargeable visit, with a $100 fee. After that, the tech would be able to create a work order to complete the line relocation. Please let me know if you have any other questions, or if you would like to continue with the line relocation.
