user_g9ffn7 Gotcha, appreciate the details. We are happy to help address those questions, we are not like a traditional chat since this is our corporate forum. You can actually use the same direct message that you had sent yesterday. To access the direct message feature, you would just follow the steps here below. 

 

To send a Direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears.
