Kraken games

Hi, I live in Seattle and should be able to see the Kraken games on King or KONG. However, the game tonight against the Blue Jackets is not on the schedule and neither are the next several games, except one on TNT. What happened to the schedule? It seems incorrect.

Why doesn't Xfinity just fix the problem. My goodness we pay through the nose for their service. At least do it right!!!!!!!!

I called them up yesterday and told them. They acted like it was an individual problem I was experiencing, even though I told them about this forum and how it’s an issue everywhere locally.

Krakenfan3000x If the correct program is playing and the schedule information is incorrect we apologize this information is provided by the network and not by us. There are a few things we can do to make sure your box is up-to-date with the most recent Guide information and if so and still having the error we can submit a ticket to let our engineering team know, so they can reach out to KING and KONG respectively to have it corrected. If you and @LeRoy62401 could our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message.

Looks like the schedule is just wrong, the game is now being shown. Now I have to set up to record Xtra and Access Hollywood and stupid shows just to string together 30 minute segments if I want to watch the game after the fact in bits and pieces. I wish there was a way to tell it to record for x number of hours straight on a certain channel.

Btw, there is a way to do that.  In the guide, go to the left so the channel name is highlighted and then when you click on it you can do a manual recording for a set amount of time.

but a better thing would be for them to just fix the Kraken schedule in the guide

Ah, thanks very much! I'll do that so I don't have to watch six 30-minute segments. :)

Same problem here.  Looks like none of the upcoming games on KONG are listed properly.

I have to say, this is maddening.  I tried reporting this to Xfinity but there is no way to get to a live agent because the stupid chat bot can't process something as simple as "The program guide isn't correct."

Xfinity, you really need to do better.  This is really bad.

Hi user_2zv5ud, the Kraken are a pretty cool team, I still miss my Coyotes lol. But I get why you want to watch your team and are reaching out. I want to make sure I understand the exact issue at play here. To confirm, you're able to watch the games on KONG, but the guide is showing an incorrect schedule? Or the schedule is incorrect, and you can't watch the games?

The schedule was wrong. I was able to watch the game thankfully. And now it appears the schedule has been fixed.
