Before the change volume at 20 was comfortable, now I have to turn it up to 60-80 to hear. It's the same problem for channels and apps

Xfinity 4k - XG1v4 Cable Box Availability

Called Xfinity and asked about the availability of XG1v4 cable boxes at my location (WA state), which has the capability to stream 4k content through Netflix.  Was assured, with repeated confirmations, that they were available to the local service store, would just have to bring in my existing cable

XFINITY XR11 setup code for sony bravia tv model kdl-46s2010

We have an old Sony Bravia TV Model KDL-46S2010. The XR11 was paired to it by an xfinity technician.  It lost it's pairing and trying all of the Sony codes in the manual does work.  Is there a more model specific code guide? or some other troubleshooting.
