Gig/Platinum Customer Unable to Access Peacock
I am a Gig customer and have been trying to access the free Peacock Premium offer since July 2023, going back and forth repeatedly with Xfinity as they keep saying "try this" and me saying that didn't work. Finally on Jan 3, the representative told me to just subscribe to Peacock and they would reimburse me. The reimbursement they promised appeared on my January bill but is not on the upcoming bill for February.

Yes it will be automatically reimbursed to your monthly bill.
I am so tired of this. After six months of trying to get access, it's now looking like I will have to follow up every month to get reimbursed. (I'm not surprised, mind you, just frustrated.)
I know there were other customers out there who were unable to access Peacock. How were you able to get it resolved? I only seem able to reach representatives who kick the can down the road.
