How to unblock your device that has the xfinity app from a computer

Hi everyone, I accidentally blocked my primary device last night, which has the app installed. How do I unblock devices from a computer? Similar/same as this issue:

Correct. I ended up reaching out to Xfinity customer service and we had to do a manual reset of the modem to clear all the blocks. Thanks for your response.
