Blocked Device Not Showing Up to Unblock
Hi, I'm having the same issue as the person in this post: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/xfinity-app/unblock-a-blocked-item/62088f68f196ef0fda9dc2e3
I accidentally blocked my phone, so it can no longer access the internet, nor can it access the xfinity app. When I can get into the app (by using service), the device no longer shows up in the list of devices, so I cannot click the "unblock" button. How can I get this device unblocked?

Hello @jrscott1 Don't worry! We will come to a resolution. I'd like some more information to better assist you. Are you using the purple app with the white X? Can you tell me the steps you used to block your phone?
