Unblock a blocked item

Hello! My device is not connected or not even showing up as a device at all. How can I re-add this device? I accidentally blocked a device (I did not recognize the name it showed when it tried to connect to my WiFi) and now that I know what it is called I want to add it again but can’t find it.

Hello, @Devante23, how are you? I hope all is well. I will be more than happy to help you unblock your device. Are you able to confirm if you have an Xfinity modem and if you are using the Xfinity app? I don't want to assume anything. If you do have our app and modem, go to the Connect section in the Xfinity app, click on your network, and from there you can manage each device. If you have any additional information that will allow us assist you please let us know.
