Downed Line

I need to report a downed line in my yard. I went through the process online of creating a hazardous conditions ticket on Thursday, July 20th but have received no updates of any kind.

sleep disconnects from wifi then can not reconnect

Desk top goes to sleep and disconnects from wifi. Then I cannot reconnect because of "no response" from weird places :prod-xb.sprinklr.com or consumercellular.com. Have to restart the computer.
