Downed lines

We have had downlines for 3 days now. I've reported it multiple times and there is absolutely no response at all. The lines are blocking the street. Does anybody at Comcast care?

@user_cxahq5, hello! Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear that your reports have gone unanswered. We definitely care and will do everything possible to get this resolved for you. We take downed lines seriously. Please, send a DM to "Xfinity Support" with your full name and address, so we can get working on this.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page) or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
