Houston service after Beryl

Please provide an update. A running total of restorations would be helpful. Where are your trucks? Your message says you cannot help until service is restored. That is an oxymoron!

Your customers are ready to terminate your service…simply for lack of transparency!

Hi there, user_fapfk7! I am glad to hear that you safely made it through the storm! We are continuing to work around the clock to get everyone back up and running. Our Status Center and Xfinity app are updated by our Technicians. They provide an estimated time of when it will be restored when possible. That can be added in as the work progresses and we have a better idea of how long the remaining work will take. We are able to go in and complete work as city utilities finish up and give our teams the go ahead. We also have our Comcast Texas where we are putting out daily updates on the progress. A lot of the issue is still having commercial power to all of our equipment and also repairing downed lines.
