Down wire
Pacific Gas & Electric verified that your communication line is drooping to an 8 foot level on Seacliff Drive and cross street Cedar and in front of our house / roadway at [Edited: "Personal Information"].
I have called xfininty numbers to bring attention to this low hanging wire which is dangerous & as it is a conversation piece in our neighborhood.
Just investigate, fix and let me know the status so I can inform passerby’s of this hazard. John [Edited: "Personal Information"]
