Been having problem with certain channels not coming up. Getting XRE03136 error. Hard rebooted a 4 times already with system refresh. Still nothing improved

My cable is back up in every room but my living room which has the main box. It attempts to load different channels but only opens one (MGM) and if I try to change the channel, it gives me error code XRE-03136. We have unplugged and rebooted MANY times.

This issue occurs about 2 times a week or so. In fact, my tv is currently giving me error code xre-03062. This is very frustrating as this is a brand new 4K tv box. Is it bricked?

Yes, i had the same issue. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue. We are getting an error that says "Sorry, there seems to be a problem here." XRE-03121 when we try to very channels. This is very frustrating as we are paying for this service.

Xfinity.com access in PC

I can't sign into Xfinity.com. Get message: Access denied. You don't have permission to acccess "http://login.xfinity.com/login" on this server.  I can login with no trouble on my mobile. I can't reach tech support, because the Live Assistant doesn't ask me the right questions.

NHL Center Ice problems

I have been reading lots of posts/complaints about error XRE-03137 with trouble connecting. It has been happening several times a night to me trying to watch a game. 5 to 6 times screen going black missing 10 to 15 minutes of the game easily.
