@Kbm121, I can assure you that you are speaking with a human. I would be more than happy to get this fixed for you. Can you tell me what error message and/or code you are receiving? Also, is this an X1 box, a Xumo/Flex box, or a third-party streaming device?

I assume it’s the x1 box. The error code is XRE-00250. Why can’t I speak with someone on the phone?

@Kbm121, you can always call 1-800-XFINITY. XRE-00250 indicates that there is an issue with the billing related to this device. There are a few things it can be like a disconnected account, a removed device, and more.

We need to look at your account to figure out what is going on. Please, send a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address. We'll get you back up and running.
