I just signed up a couple of days ago, and was looking forward to watching a game tonight. Nope. Broken. I spent $69 for nothing.

luckily, I am an ESPN plus subscriber and can watch it that way although that does go towards your data cap. This is the first time I’ve seen a mass outage like this in over five years of being a subscriber.

Glad I found this post! I haven’t had a game since last week, 10/19/2022. Called xfinity twice and barely got to talk to a very unhelpful person. I found my last game on ESPN+. Not sure if I should drop center ice now or not. This sux

I'm experiencing the audio dropouts and video pausing as well this evening.
I also had trouble last week with the channels and after talking to the 3rd Xfinity rep he finally got the channels showing, Now having the audio issues.

this is BS, having to switch over to ESPN+ (and i know not everyone has that option) also eats up data towards my monthly cap

My Center Ice has always worked fine until I renewed my subscription this year - now I can get all of the channels EXCEPT the one I subscribe for … Chicago Blackhawks channel #3073 … WHY would this channel be blacked out when I live 220 miles away from Chicago. Makes no sense - I guess I will call daily until I get my money back as NOBODY at Xfinity has been able to help fix the issue. Really disappointing !

For the last week, the channel dedicated to the New Jersey Devils has not worked: the screen cycles with three blinking dots, then I’m prompted that the channel is currently unavailable, and to either click "try again" or "cancel".
Meanwhile, other Center Ice channels’ pictures freeze or the audio goes out during broadcasts, or it takes longer than usual to load (with black screens and three blinking dots).
This the first time where I’ve had Center Ice problems like this and I’ve been a subscriber for years.
It’s obvious there are problems for other subscribers as well, so when will all this be resolved for everyone?

There are further problems. Every day there are games that supposedly we can watch, but we keep getting the error that it's not available right now. We did get a one time credit of $20, but this is still unacceptable. Which is what we told the xfinity person and it's because we want to watch the games, that's the whole point of subscribing to NHL Center Ice. And no, I don't want to stream it on a miniature phone or tablet - I want to see the action on my tv.
Figure it out or refund everybody at least 1/2 the price of what you're charging for the season if this continues.
And games showing up later just by chance is not acceptable either. We don't know if they're going to show up or not, and when they repeatedly don't, it's not worth our time trying to check.

I'm curious if the rest of you who posted are getting your games now. We still can't get half the games because "it's unavailable at this time". We've received a one time credit of $20, but as I mentioned to the customer rep, we want to watch the games.
What's going to happen if the rest of the season is like this?
And going back to channels to see if a game ever appears, which it has done a few times, that's unacceptable too.
I asked all sorts of questions, is it my cable boxes, is it my modem, I've reset everything, do you want to reset it too, that's fine? NO SOLUTION, but sorry.
Ridiculous. We've had NHL Center Ice since it's start also, and obviously, the service now being provided is inferior for a higher price.
