The xfinity modem comes with a wifi channel. No one uses it. Is this unused channel slowing down my main wifi im using in my personal router? I tried calling comcast and they have no phone number listed and if you chat with the robot it asks you useless questions so not sure how to proceed.

Getting error codes TVAPP-00209 & TVAPP-00309 trying to play live tv channels or streaming DVRed content on Samsung tv. Previously the app worked well, just became unusable this week. Tried rebooting tv (unplugging), & tried re-installing app — no improvement. Settings set to auto update software. �

When / why did this change? I used to always be able to turn the TV on and then rewind whatever was on.  Now though I can‘t rewind because the buffer doesn’t start filling until the TV is turned on.

I have blurry football only on the Xfinity stream app. If I watch it on any other app it’s fine or on my TV I have a Samsung TV I have selected an HD channel and all software is up-to-date as well as the app. I know this is a known problem. When will it be fixed?

I am having issues with DVR recordings whether I choose to record single TV shows or choose to record a series. When I look back through what I have scheduled, many recordings say "fail" - these are shows I have been recording successfully for years such as all Red Sox games and all M*A*S*H episode

I recently activated Xfinity Stream as my TV provider and I use it through Apple TV. I have the current Xfinity Stream app and my Apple TV is updated to TVOs 18. I cannot rewind live tv on any channel. How do I fix this?
