recording on Starz

I added a Starz subscription to my lineup on June 15, 2023 and I have access to the channel.  However, I am being blocked from recording a program on Starz.  Message said "not allowed to record because you are not a subscriber."  Xfinity tech kept saying it was my DVR but my DVR is working fine on all other channels and subscriptions where applicable.  Any ideas?

Hello @user_a8ef96! We're happy to help you with the error you're receiving. Could you please send us a direct message with your first and last name and your full address?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
