Yes, same DVR box connected to old TV then connected to new Sony Bravia TV. I connected the DVR box to each of the 4 HDMI ports…same result. I installed new HDMI cable…same result. I followed every Sony HDMI troubleshooting tip…same result. Sony Brav

A little confusing. Internet and TV are separate. If you have a Smart TV with built-in apps, it should work as it will be talking with your Internet service directly. Just simply disconnect the cable box. If you were using the cable box for streaming

“System Refresh Unavailable”

I tried to do a System Refresh in the app, but it said system refresh is unavailable because my ”main TV box is offline.” However, that is not our main TV box. That is our wireless box. How do I make sure XFinity has my correct main box so I can do System Refreshes again?
