My tv is pixelating and online support doesn’t work
My tv has been pixelating for weeks. Our service went down due to storms, but when reconnected after 6 days, the pixelating has continued and seems even worse. Ive done the usual unplug/plug in, system refresh, restart, checked all connections, and on top of that I can’t get a message through to support. Keeps saying “Cannot send”.
I’m thinking it’s a DVR box issue. Ran a test to check for outages and the connection shows 119 percent. Wi-fi is strong to all devices yet the pixelating continues.
