Can I get Tv channels if I just have internet?

I want to just get internet 

can I stream the xfinity app and get channels?

I am searching for a channel lineup for the internet/stream only option, is there one?

Can I watch the Xfinity App using Roku devices and do I get the all the same stations that I currently get with X1 if internet/stream only?

In order to watch Live TV, you would need an active Xfinity Video subscription. The set-top box is just a device used to access the Xfinity TV Live TV content. There is no difference between the set-top box and Xfinity Stream application other than the features that each provides. They will both be able to access Live TV content with a valid subscription.
