I can put up with the slow loading channel line-up. My big issue now is that default channel selection went from the 800 series HD channels to the 1000 series. Why??

Did it get locked by accident? Try these procedures. Press the Guide button on your remote control. Use the up arrow and down arrow buttons to scroll to the channel you wish to unlock. Press the left arrow

Why is FOX News blocked

I can get every station but that. Is this intentional? Permanent? Nothing is wrong with my cable or connections. Everything works fine, except FOX News, and I can't get a straight answer from the help tools and robo-chats from here.

The tv weather channel gives the local on the ‘8’s’ forecast for a town 40 miles away. I have tried fixing this through the weather channel and tried all suggestions I could find. Given channel is part of an island. I am inland.

We thought it was gone too, turned out they just got rid of it on the sd channel 202, but still have it on the higher up hd channel 1431. You can also go to insp.com/schedule, click on Find INSP on the far right and put in you zip code and scroll do

If your DVR is saying you need a channel subscription to record, it likely means the channel you are trying to record is not included in your current TV package or subscription. You might need to upgrade your package or add a specific channel package

Xfinity charging for INSP

I just received an email from INSP that Xfinity is going to charge $10 for INSP even though INSP doesn’t charge Xfinity for their programming. I don’t want that to happen. Why would Xfinity do that?

how to turnoff notification

I get a notification that a team I like is playing in a short while. I don't want this message as it sometimes causes the dvr to churn as it tries to reach the game on a channel we don't subscribe to. How do I turn this off?
