H&I

I’m furious about the removal of H&I.  Where’s the notice?  What’s the reason? 
I watched H&I on 6/24/25 and then on 6/25/25 I see the message “This channel is no longer available”.  

Surprise to you too —— I’m thinking of switching service after 25 years!!!   

I was on the phone with an agent who didn't even know it was taken off!  It disappeared last night in the middle of a Star Trek episode.  I'm so mad.

I turned to  H&I and it says this channel is no longer available.This one channel i watch more than any other.It worked fine yesterday and now this.Makes me very upset

I’m really upset about this. H&I is pretty much the only channel I watch. I’ll have to find other options. I may ditch this “streaming” and go back to Philo.

What gives, H&I is now gone, what am I paying for? Bring H&I back!!

After all these years, Xfinity just dumps H&I in the middle of a Star Trek episode. No warning or heads up, and without even telling their customer support. I had these folks troubleshooting my problem for over an hour before they finally discovered that the channel is not part of the lineup anymore. I only watch a couple of channels anyway, and I’ve had one foot out the door because I miss Turner Classic Movies but refuse to buy the sports package just to see it. This was the final push for me. I got a Philo account, which shows basically everything I was getting through Xfinity, for much less. Still no TCM, but I’ve got my H&I. If I can find competitive internet, I’m gone completely.

soooooo taking away another good channel, eh, xfinity. i was on the phone for over 3 hours yesterday thinking it was my box that was messed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! your people did not even know that the channel had been removed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what is wrong with this company? they don't care because they are the only cable company available in my area. so when can we expect monetary compensation for losing this popular channel????

Like many other subscribers, I too am upset Xfinity dropped H&I.  Thankfully, I'm not under contract with Xfinity and can search for another cable service that DOES carry that GREAT channel.

First Comcast/Xfinity takes away Cartoon Network, then the new HD cable box 3-dot delays to commercials on the channel you're changing to when you're switching away from a channel that just went to commercials, then they take away Bally so I can't watch the Tigers games, and now they drop H&I.

Well now... I'm dropping them.

If I have to switch to the antenna to watch H&I and Catchy I might as well purchase a OTA DVR and dump Xfinity cable all together.  I've been considering it for a while.  This is the straw that broke the back.

Where is H&I and why is it not on your line up anymore?  The information on what should be on is still the guide.  Please bring it back!  Is this a mistake?  

canceling H&I sucks......enjoyed watching all the old westerns.  Who decided we the viewers didn't need this channel?  Bring back H&I
