I'm getting the same error code "Apps 04036" and haven't seen any answers from Xfinity either. I just changed to a new plan with abrand new box 3 months ago so I can't be because it's outdate. I was getting the Paramount+ programming with no problem

Error code: app-04036
When loading Paramount+ app through xfinity x1 cable box the app usually closes without loading fully and presents error code: "app-04036". Otherwise when it does load it often shows error code: "-" which covers the screen while trying to watch any show.

Stream app quit working about a week ago, called customer support and told( they know about it ) but is there a timeline to repair? The message says This package is not yet available on this device. Don’t know what changed but it was working.
