Xfinity stream app no longer works on amazon devices with the older OS. Thise devices can't be updated to the newest OS. Xfinity app doesnt care, tough luck for you if you have an older amazon device.
HI there @user_a20e09. I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles with your Firestick and the Xfinity Stream App. Have you tried to uninstall and install the App?
