Sound bar with Xumo

We just got a Xumo streaming device and I set it up with the very minimal instructions that it came with. It's working well, but the only audio comes through the Samsung TV's speakers. We've been using a Vizio sound bar but with this new setup no audio is coming through that. How can I fix this?

Internet connection lost in storm

Lost service yesterday afternoon. Have done countless AI modem resets and when I call back in 10 mins, says to call back in 10 mins , it's like I'm stuck in a loop. I can't get past that step. I set an appointment for tech to come which triggered me receiving phone call telling me outage was fixed.
