Internet connection lost in storm

Lost service yesterday afternoon. Have done countless AI modem resets and when I call back in 10 mins, says to call back in 10 mins , it's like I'm stuck in a loop. I can't get past that step.

I set an appointment for tech to come which triggered me receiving phone call telling me outage was fixed.  My neighbor and I still have no service.  Soonest tech can't come until Monday.

I keep asking for agent and it refuses to let me speak to person.

My modem is not authenticating, I've had this issue before and phone tech has always been able to fix
