Cancel Voice Service

My bill is currently bundled with Xfinity Internet, which I want to keep, and Xfinity Voice, which I would like to remove. When I log in and choose "Change Plan," removing Xfinity Voice is not even an option. I understand removing Xfinity Voice would lose my bundled savings discount, but the cost of the Xfinity Voice (which I'm paying for and no longer even using) is still more than the bundle discount so overall my monthly bill should go down. Please assist. Thanks.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
