Change Wireless X1 TV BOX Arris Xi6

Hello,  About 6 weeks ago I signed up for Xfinity Gigabit Internet service along with X1 service for 2 TVs.  For one of the TVs, they gave me a wireless TV box: Arris Xi6.  I don't like this wireless TV box at all!  It's given me too many problems.  Response of the TV is very slow.  Sometimes the signal drops out or the wireless box goes offline.  Then I have to waste time troubleshooting to try to fix the problem.  There is an active cable box right next to this TV, so I would like to replace the wireless TV box with a wired 4K TV box - the Arris XG1v4.  What is the easiest way to replace my Arris Xi6 TV box with the Arris XG1v4?  Thanks for your help!

Horrible customer service from Xfinity once again.  I wasted 2 hours of my time on this Forum.  I told XfinityRaul 3 times that I wanted to exchange my wireless 4K TV box for a WIRED 4K TV box.  Right before the end of the chat,  I asked Xfinity Raul if the order he placed was for the Arris XG1v4 TV box and he told me: "Yes, it's for the wired 4K cable box."  When it arrived, it was not the wired 4K cable box.  I received another wireless 4k box, the same type I already had.  So, I had to waste a few more hours going to an Xfinity store to get a wired 4K TV box.  😡
