Channel guide keeps snapping back to beginning when scrolling

Been an issue since last year. I'll scroll through the guide and it keeps reverting to the start. In my case that's 703. I'll get about to 740-50 or so and it takes me back to 703. It's not enough time to look through what's on, read show/movie etc. 

 Ive had the box refreshed through signals sent, power cycled and more. Tech was out a week ago, checked signal and connections for tv and internet and replaced several connections inside and outside the house. Friend at another location says it happens to them too.

 What's the point of a guide that's so difficult to use? It seems clear it's an XFinity issue and nothing on my end. Is A fix for this even in the works?

You're not the only one experiencing this.

HAPPENS ALL THE TIME.

AND it's not just about scrolling the channels. It also happens when trying to see what's coming in the days to come. Skip ahead a few days, and then suddenly, you're back where you started.

Frustrating.

I have the same issue. Can't you just tell us what to do about here instead of going through without logging in and DMing Xfinity support. That's a big ol hassle and got me no where the last time I tried 8 months ago .
