I have never once been able to sign into my account on any device on any network

I cannot log into my account on the web, on the mobile app, on any device I use, on any home network or cellular network. Why can I not simply call a number and talk to a real person and have this fixed? Why is this even a problem to begin with? What kind of new customer service experience is this?
