How do I report a large tree that has fallen and is laying on the main Xfinity cable (not the service to my house, but the MAIN cable)?
A large tree behind our home has fallen and is laying (resting) on the main Xfinity line and is pulling the main cable downward. The weight of the fallen tree has also shifted one of the utility poles holding up the cable. I need to report the issue and have someone come assess the issue. The cable is not completely down and the situation has not yet created an outage, but is a safety issue and may create an outage if the tree continues to lay on the main cable line. Can Xfinity send someone to come look at the issue and advise what needs to be done?
