Unlock my phones after paying them off
Hi,
I just paid off my phones and meet the requirements that are needed for them to be unlocked. I read on numerous other posts that people have had such difficulty getting their phones unlocked. I need mine unlocked right away. What do I do? I contacted the regular channels and they didn’t help.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

They don't unlock the phone until your billing cycle is over.
