Need to talk to someone about my bill

how can I get ahold of a person to talk to about my bill?

I was charged an in-home service fee, someone came out and looked at our equipment and couldn't even figure out what the modem was. and it ended up being there were multiple service problems that an experienced technician had to come out and fix multiple times for my area over 2-3 weeks.

I would like the $100 fee removed from the account and I need to talk to someone.

the Xfinity assistant tells me they cannot connect me to a person, and the phone number tells me to use Xfinity assistant to connect to a person. Thanks!

@XfinityDilary thank you! I got a credit escalation that says closed - hopefully that means applied. Will check my account in a few weeks to make sure!
