DVR did not record AEW forbidden door PPV

I purchased the AEW forbidden door payper veiw and set the program to record. The light was on to indicate it was recording but I came home to finish the program and it did not record? waste of 49.99 if I can't even finish it.

I just replaced my xG1v4 box and noticed I no longer have 30 second skip ahead for replaying DVR programs. I went back to my notes and found instructions to press EXIT three times, then 0030.  This no longer works. It only tunes the channel to 30.  Is there a way to get the 30 second skip
