Upgraded plans and lost unlimited data / no speed increase

Having to pay for episodes of a show that's included in my streaming?
I tried to get an answer to this question through Xfinity, but didn't get a definitive answer. I'm trying watch the episodes of "shifting gears" that's on ABC. The first two episodes I was able to watch, but the other episodes said to buy. ABC is listed as one of the channels from what I can tell.

Hello, I would like to cancel my TV service. I never use it anymore and also have income issues at this time. I have Xfinity internet and mobile that I want to keep. I'm not in any bundles. Can someone please assist? I've had no luck online doing this. Thanks, Matt

After searching through dozens of questions regarding error tvapp-00500 on a tv with a roku stick (and apparently thousands of wasted hours working with xfinity support, resulting in no solutions), here's what worked for me: simply power-cycling the tv box.

My Modem's internal clock appears incorrect or the the logs I am getting are off by 1 hour.
