Error TVAPP-00140

Unable to stream ESPN or The Weather Channel on my home PC using the "Duck Duck Go" browser.  I successfully do this everyday and now, as of this afternoon, I am unable to stream these channels.  Also, I can stream the local channels without a problem.  My browser is up to date but is not listed at the link of supported browsers in the error message.  However, I have never had an issue with it before.

The full message I get is:

"Update your browser to start streaming

Before upgrading to the latest browser version, make sure you're using a supported operating system.

View all supported operating systems

(Error TVAPP-00140)"

How do I resolve this?

user_splxvf Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I know how much I enjoy being able to stream my programming from our Stream website, and I'm sorry to hear that you have been having difficulty in doing so. It's important to us to help you resolve any errors. Can you clarify what type of error you are receiving and if you are connected to your in-home Wi-Fi network when you are trying to stream?

Hi there, user_ev0xwj! Thank you for letting us know that you would like to see Duck Duck Go added as a supported browser for the Xfinity Stream Portal. We will pass that feedback along to the proper team.

Are the other channels working when you go to the portal just not ESPN and The Weather Channel?

Is your browser up to date?

If you use a different browser does the error come up or does the content work?
