Xfinity Voice not presenting Dial Tone.
Added Xfinity Voice and Internet to previous TV Channel package. Also replaced TV monitor that was deteriorating. Internet steady on, Voice Service was working after second shot at Initialization, but not after subsequent modem resets.
Obtained replacement modem, but still no Voice service. Also realized that TV channels presenting pixelation and breakup that I had assumed was the previous TV.
Again, the Internet has continued to work, even with the XFi App failing to connect to the modem. So is the pixelation problem associated with the no dial tone problem?
Would appreciate any suggestions on how to proceed toward resolution.

@user_m55dos Welcome to our community forum! Thanks for reaching out so we can make sure your Xfinity Voice service is working after the modem swap. You mentioned that your internet is working, but you don't hear a dial tone. This tells me we need to make sure the voice port is provisioned correctly in your modem settings. I'll look into the TV pixelating as well :).
