can't access some website
I saw similar posts with this problem but no right solution for me.
I tried everything. As long as I am on my home internet with VPN or not, nothing works -using different browsers, private mode/incognito, phone or ipad or desktop, same message.
Restart modem, clear cache and cookies, check IP, it's not blacklisted, all computers malware checked.
Everything worked fine till yesterday but cannot access certain website today.
Switch to open xfinitywifi or cellular signal and everything is fine.
Please help.

"Access Denied / You don't have permission" messages are issued by the destination site or its webhost, not by Comcast. These typically result when a person or a program (malware?) using your Internet service is doing something the target system doesn't like and it is blocking your public IP. When you switch to Xfinitywifi or cellular your packets come from a different IP which is apparently not blocked.
Comcast/Xfinity cannot remove a Costco block. You'll probably need to ask Costco's admins for help with this.
