Peacock Subscription Activations

We’re aware some customers may have been having an issue activating their Peacock Premium plan. Peacock and their technology partner have implemented a fix and you should now be able to activate your subscription.

I am a Diamond Reward Member, I received an Email saying Peacock plus will be free starting today June 26, 2023. I am unable to find it in my rewards or account. Please contact me to get this resolved.

Today is June 26th and there are no offers showing up. I am both a Xfinity Gigabit customer AND Platinum rewards member. I have not received an offer for either. Please advise how to obtain the free Peacock Premium as promised.

Your email states that there is a reward for 2 years of free Peacock TV for Diamond customers. I am a Diamond customer and there is no reward listed for Peacock. What's up with that?

My wife does the rewards under her account but for some reason she can never sign into the forums and no one has been able to fix that in years.
She accepted the Peacock Reward on the xfinity app. She immediately received 2 emails - one that showed our new billing with Peacock include but at no charge and another with rather vague instructions on how to activate.
First step says to sign into the xifinity account and click Activate Now on the Peacock banner. WHERE?????? On the website, on the app, on the flex box???? Because none work, it just let's us sign in and there is no activation banner. And since we don't have that we don't get redirected to the Peacock website.
Peacock website wants us to pay.
There is an Activate Now button in the email at the bottom of the instructions but it does nothing more than take us to the xfinity website.
Can someone please help??? We use the flex box for our streaming.

Reward finally came through. I have internet/diamond. Tapped on reward. Then message said I don’t qualify!

I am also a diamond member and when I try to get this reward I was emailed about a week ago it tells me “Were sorry, looks like this award isn't available to you at this time.”
Also when I try to report an issue with rewards it tells me I’m not the primary account holder when I most definitely am because I was just logged in to rewards. This is extremely frustrating and no chat support can seem to help.
Anyone else having the same issues? If so, have you had it resolved and what was the resolution??
Being a 20+ year faithful customer and having issues to claim a reward is just unacceptable!

I was able to log into my Xfinity rewards and “claim” the free Peacock Premium rewards, but it is not activating and letting me continue to use Peacock. I’ve restarted the modem and logged out/in and Peacock still says I am currently not subscribed.

After speaking to 2 different people I finally had the peacock premium show up in my rewards I clicked to redeem and then when I went back to check it said
We're sorry, looks like this award isn't available to you at this time. I don’t know what that means. Now what how do I get the peacock account to work again?

I went to my Xfinity account and Redeem my Free Peacock premium and I was told I would get an email I never received the email for the activation what is going on I spoke with an agent who created a ticket ECM0002418359

I am a gigabit customer, and I am trying to activate the Peacock Premium offer, but I can't find anywhere to do it under My Account. Do I have to be an Xfinity Rewards member to take advantage of the Peacock Premium offer? Please help! I am very confused!

Finally this evening the reward showed up for me on the Xfinity web page. a few hours later I saw a banner and link when I logged into the Xfinity web page. But when I clicked it showed my comcast.net email address and a button to activate. However when I clicked on the link I received the following message -
"We were unable to link Peacock to your account. You may already have Peacock Premium. Learn More" When I clicked on the learn more link it took me to a page about DirecTV.
When will this be fixed?

The Peacock reward appeared on my Rewards page and I accepted it. I then received an email that gave me instructions on how to activate it.
Sign into your Xfinity account and click Activate Now on the Peacock banner. This will redirect you to Peacock's website.
No Peacock banner appears with an "Activate Now".
